A Holiday Wine Pairing Dinner benefiting St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital. This intimate three-course dinner will be paired with exquisite wine hand-picked by certified Sommelier Cornelius Anthony.
Anthony, who is based in Houston, is the owner of Demousse Sparkling Wine Club and Sommelier at Bravery Wine Bar.
The three-course meal will be prepared by Chef Eian Woodward.
The menu includes the following:
First Course
Spring Salad
Cherry Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onions with Sweet Toasted Walnuts, Feta & Citrus Vinaigrette
Second Course
Woodward Red Wine Brisket
Brisket marinated for 24 hours and slowly cooked in Merlot
OR
Pecan Crusted Chicken
Chicken Breast battered in Pecan flour braised in butter oil and spices
Served with Mashed Potato Melody and Charred Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
Third Course
Double Chocolate Raspberry Brownie
Brownie with fudge center dipped in white chocolate fondue
Music will be provided by the host of the night and Chief Waxaholic DJ Big Reeks.
