First Wives Club, a TV remake of the classic 1996 comedy starring Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler, and Diane Keaton gets a modern-day remake courtesy of Girls Trip writer Tracy Oliver and actresses Jill Scott, Michelle Buteau, and Ryan Michelle Bathe. The television series will take a page right from the script of the film, where a group of college besties lean on each other after discovering their marriages aren’t exactly picture perfect. Here’s the catch, you’ll have to stream this show as it premieres on BET’s new streaming network, BET+.
